I’ve been helping people with their CVs and job changes for over 20 years. Long before I turned it into a business.
And honesty, I didn’t plan to do this, I just followed the work that kept pulling me in – helping people say what they mean, figure out what fits, and stop trying to sound like someone they’re not.
I’ve always had a thing for words, for making things clearer and for asking the kind of questions that unlock something useful.
With all that it mind, it makes sense that I’ve ended up doing this – supporting people who don’t always follow a linear path either.
